First International Congress on Oil Industry Human Resources in Carmen.

The 3rd and 4th of December, the First International Congress on Oil Industry Human Resources in Carmen will be held and the best speakers of the industry will attend this event.

Currently, there are trends regarding the human resources necessary required in the companies. The HR departments recruit, select, hire, train, employ and keep the talent of the organizations. Nevertheless, a university degree is not sufficient to have extensive knowledge.
